1. What we collect

Feedback you send us

If you use the feedback panel on this site, we receive the message you write and, only if you choose to provide it, the email address you enter so we can reply. We also record which page you sent it from, to give the message context. Feedback is delivered to us as an email to info@ghost-works.ai through our mailbox provider's mail servers. It is not stored in any separate database. Your email address is optional — leave it blank and your feedback reaches us with no way to identify you.

Server request logs

Like any website, this site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard request logs — including your IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the request — retained by Vercel (our host) under their retention policy. We use these only to keep the site secure and running.

2. What we do not collect here

• No accounts or passwords — the company website has no sign-in and creates no accounts.
• No payment information — there is nothing to buy on this site, and we take no card details.
• No advertising or behavioral tracking — we use no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site trackers.
• No source code — this is a website, not the product; it never receives or processes your code.

3. Cookies

This site sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. There is no account to keep you signed in to, so there is no session cookie either. Your browser may hold ordinary technical state, but we do not place tracking cookies on it.

4. How we use what we receive

• To read your feedback and, if you left an email, to reply to it.
• To keep the website secure, available, and working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Who processes data for us

We rely on two service providers to run this website, and no others:

• Vercel — hosts the website and keeps the standard server request logs described above.
• Namecheap Private Email — the mailbox service that carries the feedback you send to our inbox.

6. How long we keep it

Feedback you send stays in our email inbox for as long as it is useful for us to respond to and act on it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Server request logs are retained by Vercel under their own retention schedule.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you have sent us. Residents of the EU and UK have additional rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these, email info@ghost-works.ai — a real person reads it. Because the only personal data this site holds is what you chose to send us, most requests are simple for us to honour.

8. Where your data is handled

Ghost Works LLC is a United States company, and our providers process this data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand your information is handled here.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us their information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page, and we will describe any material change here. Because this is a company website with no registered users, changes take effect when they are posted.
